AGB (General Terms and Conditions)
The following provisions govern the use of services offered by Professional Certificates & Diplomas (hereinafter referred to as the Provider). They apply to all services provided by the Provider. Any business relationships are exclusively governed by these General Terms and Conditions. Any terms and conditions of customers that differ from these are explicitly rejected. By utilizing the services of the Provider, the customer expressly agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

Services
- The provider offers virtual services in its range. This includes providing online software applications for creating virtual products in the form of downloadable computer and media files, as well as providing the necessary online systems for this purpose.
- The customer pays fees for using these services according to the current and publicly visible prices. Payment is made through the payment methods offered by the provider.
Copyright and Trademark Rights
Images and texts are subject to intellectual property rights, particularly trademark, name, and copyright laws. All deliveries and services of the provider are intended solely for the personal use of the customer. The customer is specifically not permitted, except for the statutory exceptions, to reproduce or distribute the provider’s services, whether for a fee or free of charge, to third parties. Commercial use requires an explicit written agreement. Unauthorized use of the provider’s services, of any kind, may lead to claims for injunctions and damages by the provider.
Liability:
None of the “certificates” created online on Professional Certificates and Diplomas contain a scanned element of an original certificate. Each of these virtual documents is created solely through the interaction of the user with the corresponding online software, which combines individual graphic elements, text components, and the user’s input into a virtual overall image. The downloadable final product is a purely virtual data package until it is printed on paper, and is far removed from the legal status of an actual certificate. Printing and further use are solely at the customer’s own risk.
The provider’s service descriptions are made to the best of their knowledge. The provider is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect service descriptions unless gross negligence or intent can be attributed to the provider.
The customer indemnifies the provider from any claims by third parties that arise from the customer’s unlawful use of services or provides recourse. If the provider is faced with claims from a third party due to an alleged unlawful use by the customer and it is not immediately clear whether the claim is valid, the provider is entitled to acknowledge the claim and demand recourse from the customer, unless the customer presents a timely defense and provides sufficient security for conducting a legal dispute.
Final Provisions
- The customer has the right to offset only if their counterclaims have been legally determined, are undisputed, or have been acknowledged by the provider.
- Additions and amendments to these terms and conditions require written form.
- Should any individual provisions be or become invalid, this will not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. An appropriate provision shall replace the invalid one, which, as far as legally permissible, best corresponds to the purpose or intention of the invalid provision.
